That’s me in the image above.

For many years I have worked on the concept of bringing healthy living, happiness and wellness to people. Having been able to experience the rise of wellness concepts out of the ancient and traditional medicine of Ayurveda in Asia and witnessing a number of wellness approaches in Europe and the United States, setting up In My Nature was the very next step in my life when I moved to Australia.

I was very fortunate to have had the time to do literally hundreds of nature walks, Shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) and walks all across beautiful Victoria. I even went to stunning nature locations in Queensland and New South Wales, not to forget New Zealand. I must admit I am addicted to nature.

Venturing out in nature and bathing in forests is, indeed, a unique source of energy and well-being. Across the years I noticed that there are many, many Australians who would – with a gentle push and guidance – desire to get back to where mankind originates from… nature. They often don’t seem to know how to do this best and with whom.

With the help of my family and good friends, we developed the business concept of In My Nature as the first accredited company in Australia which offers Forest Therapy in accordance with the original and recognized Japanese Shinrin-yoku principles. We now offer guided Forest Therapy sessions in Victoria and New South Wales.

During the pandemic, we produced this online experience of Forest Therapy with the Royal Botanic Gardens, so that people could feel connected to nature!

Nature cares. Nature heals. Nature gives.

If you have any specific questions about In My Nature, our services and our experienced team of dedicated guides, therapists and advisers, I would love to hear from you.
